Moorsweb Tech Support
Moorsweb provides a technical support and helpdesk service which is contracted to a 3rd party to ensure good coverage over long hours while Barry Sunley is out working elsewhere. The helpdesk will be able to solve many problems immediately either by phone or remotely over the network. The helpdesk can provide personal support over more hours per week than Barry can in person. Other problems may require physical on-site support which will be normally provided locally by Barry Sunley where we endeavour to provide a next day service although is not guaranteed. The helpdesk is currently provided for Moorsweb by
Boundless Networks Ltd based locally in Yorkshire.

The Moorsweb helpdesk may be contacted by telephone on 0113 320 3737 (normal geographic number)
Monday to Friday daytime: 9am to 5pm
There is also an Out Of Hours (OOH) service available Monday to Friday from 5pm to 8pm and weekends 10am to 4pm via the answering machine which diverts to whoever is on call. Outside these hours, a message can be left on the answering machine at anytime.
Alternatively if you have an internet connection, you can enquire by email to email@example.com at anytime although responses will be during working hours.
Please note that although this internet support is included in your monthly subscription, it only applies to the Moorsweb network equipment and service. Support for problems with your PC and your local wifi and your email are not included in the helpdesk service.
For local wifi issues, please call Barry Sunley directly on 01751 430 323 as he provides this service as part of his business. Barry no longer provides a PC or Laptop fixing service as it is not economic.
